Each year the Drama Ministry of Calvin Presbyterian Church presents several musical productions. Our ministry is an outreach of the church and these productions are open to the public.

 

In the fall, Calvin Youth Groups (CYG) present a musical as their primary fundraiser for the youth group mission projects.  Previous CYG youth performances have included “The Sound of Music”, “Into the Woods”, and “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown”.

 

Participation in our spring musical is open all ages. Past productions have included “Always…Patsy Cline”, “Godspell”, “Jesus Christ Superstar” and the original production of “STONES”, written and scored by members of Calvin.

The drama ministry is made up of many talented folks of all ages. In addition to performing, there are  opportunities to serve, including sewing, makeup, set design and construction, or working behind the scenes. We welcome all!
